FAIRFIELD — Matthew Green, 13, has wanted to be an Eagle Scout for as long as he could remember.
The eighth-grader from Green Valley Middle School joined the Boy Scouts at the age of six and is on the precipice of achieving his dream of becoming an Eagle Scout.
