FAIRFIELD — Kindergarten enrollment opens Jan. 23 for all schools in the Fairfield-Suisun School District.

A student must turn 5 on or before Nov. 1 to be eligible to register for the 2012-13 school year. The age of eligibility has changed from previous years under a new state law.
