Solano Community College staff involved in programs undergoing a lengthy review for possible discontinuance can breathe a sigh of relief — at least for now.Solano College President Jowel Laguerre announced he put the “program discontinuance review” process on hold to allow the school to focus on “student learning outcomes.”
