FAIRFIELD (5:23) — School Superintendent Jacki Cottingim-Dias is recommending the school board close Sullivan Middle School and use concessions from management and funding from adult education to save the district from closing an elementary school.
Cottingim-Dias had planned to publicly announce her recommendation at the end of the study session but it ran long. She told the Daily Republic her recommendation after the session.
