VACAVILLE — The Fairfield-Suisun School District cut all elementary school music programs two years ago and now the Vacaville School District is considering eliminating four full-time music teachers.
But despite the gloom and doom and the end of music as we know it, both districts have shining examples of music programs that thrive despite cutbacks.
