FAIRFIELD — Officials with Solano County’s Adapted Physical Education Program are planning a dance Friday for junior high and high school special needs students.
The dance has taken place for the past 15 years, according to teacher Lynn Lee.
Most special needs students don’t get to go to their prom, she said. This dance is their opportunity to go to one.
