By Irma Widjojo

BENICIA — Hundreds of Panthers were released into the wilderness Saturday morning, marking the accomplishments of another batch of Benicia High School seniors.

Some of the more than 400 graduates are moving on to four-year universities, like valedictorian Phillip Salazar, who will be attending Stanford; and one of the three salutatorians, Allison Kensiski, who is moving on to the University of California, San Diego.

However, some are going to spend some time abroad to further their life experience. One is Carley Barrett who is also the recipient of the Benicia Rotary Club Scholarship.
