FAIRFIELD — After months of discussion by the Fairfield-Suisun School District, the county board of education will hold a public hearing on whether to create trustee districts.
The Solano County Board of Education will have the choice of approving the preferred trustee districts or holding another hearing, according to a staff report. The board meets 6 p.m. Wednesday and will get a presentation from members of Fairfield-Suisun’s staff.
Fairfield-Suisun trustees last heard the issue when they approved one of two options at the Sept. 13 meeting. That item was then forwarded on to the county, which will send it to the state if approved.
