Building a Safe School Climate – a bullying and positive behavior support workshop was held for local educators on October 15 at SCOE. The workshop was designed to teach concrete, immediate, and experiential prevention and intervention skills that deal with the issues of conflict, anger, and bullying. Educators learned what triggers conflict and anger, examined various conflict styles, and explored competition as a possible root of conflict.
