The Northern Solano Democratic Club will meet Monday at 7 p.m. at the Fairfield Courtyard Marriott, Holiday Lane in Fairfield.
Featured speaker will be County Superintendent of Schools Jay Speck whose talk will focus on Governor Jerry Brown’s educational funding proposal, as well as the current education topics of common core, accountability, and assessment.
