BENICIA — As any high school teen can attest, prom isn’t cheap.
“Every girl can’t afford an expensive dress,” said Lisa Villarreal, a parent of a Benicia High School student.
That’s why on Saturday, students can get a chance for some major discounts — including $10 dresses — during a prom fashion show at Benicia High School.
