For the eighth graders who will be freshmen at Dixon High this fall, the gigantic campus on College Way can be an intimidating place compared to what they know at CA Jacobs Middle School.

But the 63 juniors and seniors in Dixon High’s Public Service Academy hope they have made that transition a little easier for the Class of 2017 with their second annual Shadow Day.
