FAIRFIELD — The Solano Community College District board meets tonight to hold a study session tonight on a partnership with an airline company near the Nut Tree Airport in Vacaville.

The board meeting starts 6:30 p.m. in the Administration Building at 4000 Suisun Valley Road in rural Fairfield.
