FAIRFIELD — A date for a felony arraignment hearing was scheduled Thursday for an English teacher at Vacaville High School accused of committing lewd and lascivious acts with a female student.
Rodney Orosco, 47, turned himself in to Vacaville police last week and was booked into Solano County jail where he later posted $15,000 bail.
via Judge orders Vacaville teacher back to court in late May.
