Project HOPE provided free training on state law and interagency agreements to foster parents and those who work with foster youth. The all-day workshop was held on June 4 at the County of Solano in Fairfield.

The training was a partnership between SCOE, Solano County, A Better Way, the National Center for Youth Law, and Tracy L. Fried and Associates, Inc.
