A public hearing to waive a shared school site council, approve a Title 1 program for Tolenas Elementary and approve a facility needs analysis are on the agenda when Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District leaders meet in open session Thursday in Fairfield.

The seven-member board of trustees also will discuss the Common Core State Standards, which are scheduled take effect in fall 2014.
