The Vallejo City Unified School District and governing board released its first draft Wednesday responding to a report that criticized safety issues at Vallejo High School.”We own this report. We’re not running from it. We’re not shoving it in a drawer. We are in every way preparing for our final response,” board President Hazel Wilson said about the Solano County Grand Jury report.
