A building trades boot camp for high school students will start June 19 at Solano Community College and run for three weeks, with a break during the July 4 holiday, the Napa-Solano Building Trades Council said.

Students will learn about the trades, get OSHA and CPR certified and visit apprenticeship centers, the Napa-Solano council said.

The boot camp will run Monday through Thursday and take place at the rural Fairfield campus at 4000 Suisun Valley Road, in Building 1800 by the tennis courts.
