State gives SCOE educator Spotlight on Quality Award – Daily Republic

Lilibeth Pinpin, director of innovative programs and student success for the Solano County Office of Education, has received the Spotlight on Quality Award.

The award, issued by the state Department of Education and Alameda County Office of Education, is for achievements in “engaging students in year-round learning opportunities that prepare them for college, career and life.”

“Lilibeth is an innovative leader who exemplifies SCOE’s guiding principles of leadership, collaboration and support. Her collaboration and spirit of ingenuity have encouraged science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics programs for youth throughout the county,” Solano County Superintendent of Schools Lisette Estrella-Henderson said in a statement announcing the award.
