Public Safety Academy graduating cadets have a lot to be proud of this year.
Among the points of pride: Every senior received a diploma for this graduating class, Principal Laurie Halcomb said Tuesday at the school’s commencement ceremony.
“It is hard to believe I watched some of these graduates from the sixth grade to graduation,” she said. “It has been a pleasure to watch them navigate middle school and go through high school where they have grown into mature, confident young adults.”
Halcomb said that they supported each other despite how difficult it has been.
