Travis board OKs 5 new classes for 2022-23 school year – Daily Republic

The coming school year will see new classes for Golden West Middle School, Travis Education Center and Vanden High School students.

Tiffany Benson, director of the curriculum instructor for the Travis School District, gave a presentation Tuesday on five new classes.

“I did a survey on whether a new guitar class would be welcomed,” she said. “The first survey was at 70% and the second one showed 90% support.”
