There are very few guarantees in life.

One guarantee this year will be for the Fairfield-Suisun School District Area 4 race. That guarantee is that Wilson will win the election.

The big question is will it be the incumbent, Chris Wilson? The challenger hopes it is him, Craig Wilson.
