Principal Melanie Buck and the adults at Lincoln Elementary School hope to spread some love Saturday by opening the campus up to the community.
“We’re not even looking at this as a fundraiser. We probably won’t raise any money,” said Buck about the “I Am Lincoln” Day at school.
The event, which functions more or less like a mini fair, was designed by the Lincoln’s Parent Club to bring a smile to their students’ faces as well as create a sense of ownership for the school among businesses and community members.
