The Secondary Academic Institute (SAIL) for Leaders met at SCOE on March 15 to hear from Ken Williams on Instructional Leadership. SAIL workshops are for school-based leadership teams comprised of administrators, department chairs, and teacher leaders. Williams has firsthand experience with transforming challenged schools and his action-oriented presentation inspired hope, created a clear vision, and offered practical strategies to those overwhelmed by challenges. He shared his experience and expertise as a trainer, speaker, coach, and consultant in education and leadership.
