FAIRFIELD — K.I. Jones Elementary School student Julia Modena summed up the Monday afternoon laser and music show to her mother in one word: cool.
Her mother readily agreed after the company Prismatic Magic wrapped up a 40-minute show that had the students singing as lasers lashed the screen in front of the assembly room with light designs that ranged from fireworks to the Statue of Liberty set to music from artists such as Miley Cyrus.
