Cooper Elementary School kindergartner Daniel Lopez said he’s not afraid of Solano County Sheriff’s Office K-9 officer Fedor, and that he wouldn’t be if he encountered him in the street, either.
This means mission accomplished, for Solano County Sheriff Gary Stanton and two officers who made a presentation featuring Fedor to several dozen Cooper kindergartners Thursday morning.
