The Benicia Unified School District Board of Trustees will decide Thursday whether to adopt its Strategic Plan.
The plan gives the district a focus for setting its priorities, and it is a tool to guide the district in budget work, District Supt. Janice Adams wrote in her report to the Board.
Work started on the plan in March, and continued during an April 28 planning session, she reported.
At that meeting, about 55 people, from trustees to teachers, students, administrators, parents and residents weighed in on the document.
