FAIRFIELD — Solano Community College will hold its 12th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Multicultural Celebration from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 20, at the Fairfield campus.

Three community members will be honored, including the late college board trustee Bill Thurston and his wife, Rosemary Thurston, who currently serves on the board.

In addition, Ella Tolliver will get recognition. A Vallejo resident, Tolliver pursued her education and then served as a counselor and professor at Solano College for more than 25 years.
