Dr. Robert A. Martinez, FSUSD Director of Human Resources, has been published in the Association of California School Administrator’s (ACSA’s) September/October 2013 Leadership Magazine, vol 43. no. 1. His article, titled Healthy Schools: The Power of Resiliency, describes the importance of creating schools where students can flourish as they build capacity for dealing with adversity and focus on learning.
