FSUSD Superintendent set for raise in contract extension Daily Republic

By Ryan McCarthy

A yearlong extension of the contract for Kris Corey, superintendent of the Fairfield-Suisun School District, includes a 1 percent raise for the school district administrator paid $216,300 a year, school district trustees were told Thursday.

Other provisions in the contract reviewed by the school board include the Fairfield-Suisun district contributing $14,500 yearly – rather than $10,000 – to a tax-sheltered instrument of the superintendent’s choice. A provision for the first year of the agreement – that the district pay up to $4,500 for executive leadership coaching services – ends.
