The dean of Solano Community College’s Vallejo satellite campus said Wednesday that a proposed change in how college board members are elected would ensure Vallejo gets strong representation.”We represent a large population base and by having three districts with three trustees the emphasis continues that Vallejo needs to be attended to,” Dean Jerry Kea said.
