FAIRFIELD — Terrica Purvis said high school was an up and down roller coaster, to say the least.
The Rodriguez High School student said she admittedly was a handful during her first year of high school.
Part of the problem she said was that she didn’t feel like she was part of her foster family. Purvis was still dealing with the death of her mother and a separation from her brother, and felt like she didn’t belong to the new family.
