Trustees of the Travis School District are scheduled Tuesday to consider a plan of action to train teachers and other staff to better serve students.

Sue Brothers, Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, will review the Educator Effectiveness Block Grant Plan with the board.

The district will receive approximately $1.139 million in Educator Effectiveness Block Grant Funds for professional development for teachers, administrators, paraprofessionals who work with students and classified staff who interact with students.
