Police have arrested an unarmed man who caused a scare Monday morning at Vallejo High School when he walked into an English class and threatened the teacher.
Though his motive is under investigation, police said the man may have been upset about getting kicked out of Friday night’s heated basketball game between rivals Vallejo and Bethel high schools.
